CityWest Child Care Centre is an Early Learning Centre located at 132 Bank Street, Pyrmont: next door to the Channel 10 building. Parents commuting to the city over the Anzac Bridge simply take the Fish Markets exit.
We cater for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years, between the hours of 7.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m., Monday to Friday, 50 weeks per year.
At CityWest Child Care Centre we seek to provide a warm nurturing environment where children can explore and experiment with a variety of carefully selected resources and experiences in a supportive, confidence building atmosphere, that promotes the principles of early childhood development and care.

The centre is privately owned and managed by Webster & Jones Investments Pyt Ltd. We are experienced childcare operators having spent 15 years in long day care management. We have a genuine commitment to the provision of quality care. The protection and development of the chidlren in our care are our highest priority.
CityWest is a relatively small centre licensed for 42 children per day.
The centre is made up of three rooms. A nursery room with 12 places which caters for babies aged 6 weeks to 2 years, a toddler room with 10 places, catering for ages 2 years to 3 years and a Preschool room, with 20 children a day, catering to the 3 years to 5 years age group.
The centre is staffed with trained and experienced Educators who bring to the centre a variety of skills, cultures and ideas ensuring the program has variety, challenge and reflects the lifestyles and cultures of all our families. All Educators have current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training and regularly attend professional development seminars relating to Early Childhood development. Our staffing levels ensure that our Centre will always meet ratio requirements outlined in the National Regulations. Our qualified and professional educators are dedicated to planning and implementing programs and experiences offering learning that is engaging, builds success for life and which takes into consideration the uniqueness of each child and reflects his/her individual needs. Each room has a Room Leader and Assistant, with a “floating” Team member also in attendance across the day.
Along with a wonderful learning environment at CityWest included in your daily fee is a nutritious hot lunch, morning and afternoon tea and supper . The meals and menus are developed against current nutritional requirements. The daily menu is always on display for your perusal at the Centre and is also provided on the website. In addition to this we also provide & launder all bedlinen for your individual child and provide disposable nappies throughout the day.
